Almond Berry Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup ice
- 1 banana
- 8 oz of strawberries
- 3 oz of blueberries
- ¼ cup almonds
- Spinach (optional)
Steps
1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend smooth.
3. Add more ice as needed to reach desired consistency.
4. These smoothies are a great way to get veggies in, I have added spinach and the banana masks the flavors.
